Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of meat department staff, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling and drive overall store sales
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize department performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the meat department
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
