Lead a Team of Civil Engineers

Job Overview

This position offers the opportunity to lead key packages across greenfield and brownfield subdivisions, industrial estates and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for detailed design, design review and client/authority liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design leadership and project delivery with opportunities for real influence and clear pathways to Associate/Principal.
  • Autonomy, direct access to Directors and a quality project pipeline across SEQ.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • RPEQ (or near) with 6-12 years in land development/urban infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D, plus MUSIC/DRAINS; HEC-RAS is a bonus.
  • Strong authority liaison and OPW approvals experience.
  • Confident client communication and a track record delivering complex projects.
