About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and dedicated waste handlers to join our team for casual positions within the Central Coast area.

  • Collect and transport different types of waste, including general waste, recyclables, clinical waste, and soiled linen, from disposal rooms to designated collection points.
  • Ensure waste areas, vehicles, and equipment are clean and well-maintained, operating waste vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors by ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety required in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have previous relevant experience in waste handling or related areas such as environmental services.
  • Hold a valid Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence, with the ability to operate waste vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with team members.
