  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our busy team at Zone Manufacturing. As a key member of our warehouse & logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming goods from suppliers, including unloading and unpacking trucks/containers. You will also operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock and materials throughout the warehouse.

You will be responsible for picking stock orders for production based on schedules, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you will manage Kanban stock distribution to production teams as required and conduct regular stock takes to maintain optimal inventory levels.

As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in minimising waste during picking processes while maintaining quality standards. You will also keep our workspace clean, organised, and running efficiently.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current forklift license with minimum 2 years operating experience. You will also require 2+ years warehousing experience or similar role.

A strong understanding of material requisition programs is essential, as well as excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
