**Expert Legal Professional for Resilient Lands Program**

The NSW Reconstruction Authority seeks a highly skilled legal professional to join our team as a manager for the Resilient Lands Program. This role requires an expert in property and acquisition law, construction law, planning law, and drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Key responsibilities include providing advice on planning and property matters, land acquisition, and complex construction and transactional advice. You will also be responsible for representing the CEO and Executive Directors in discussions with other key stakeholders in matters requiring legal representation.

We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: Property and Acquisition law, Construction law, Planning law, Drafting and negotiating Project Delivery Agreements, Funding Deeds, complex grants arrangements and ancillary side deeds, and Structuring complex transactions.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing high-quality advice and services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
