Job Opportunity:
">- A leading role within a high-performing team is available for an experienced underground mining professional seeking to drive innovation, safety and continuous improvement.
About the Role:
">Key Responsibilities">- Supervise operational services teams including contractors ensuring alignment across site.
- Deliver short, medium and long-term mine plans aligned with business goals.
- Drive performance across production development and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coach mentor and develop direct reports.
- Champion proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks and opportunities to support mine growth.
Requirements:
">- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven leadership in mechanized hard-rock underground mining.
- Strong planning production and cost-control capability.
- Deep understanding of WHS legislation and operational risk.
- High-level communication reporting and team-building skills.
- Valid C-Class driver's license.
