We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Support Worker to join our team. As a Domestic Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our residents, enabling them to live independently with dignity.

You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including household chores, meal preparation, and personal care assistance. You will also have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, and contribute to a positive and supportive living environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to possess a current NDIS worker check (or be willing to obtain one) and have up-to-date influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic support and assistance to residents, including household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful living environment, adhering to infection control and safe work practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
