Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have complex physical needs and be able to provide high-quality care that prioritizes their independence and well-being.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and medication administration as required.

They will also assist clients to access the community and provide skilled nursing services where necessary.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to work independently and autonomously, while also being part of a connected and supportive team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications in aged care or disability support
  • Experience working with clients who have complex physical needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and families
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends
