Job Description

This role involves providing personal care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering domestic assistance, household tasks, meal preparation, assisted shopping, and community access. You will also provide respite care to support family caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care with empathy and dignity

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Have a strong empathetic and person-centred approach to care

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and families
  • A collaborative spirit that contributes to a team-focused culture

Requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license and own car with insurance
  • Hold a First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Possess a Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
  • Hold an NDIS workers screening check
