Help Desk Specialist

The objective of this role is to provide assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues
- Resolve service issues related to customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely responses to incoming calls and emails
- Liaise with staff to resolve customer enquiries
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and collaborate with other departments to implement solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative experience (desirable)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
