Frontline Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to excel as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact, greeting customers with a professional demeanor and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers with exceptional courtesy and mannerisms.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and manage customer and vehicle databases efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams seamlessly.
  • Offer refreshments to customers and dignitaries.
  • Maintain customer waiting areas in a clean and well-organized state.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
