Job Description

The Cyber Security and Resilience Branch implements government security policies and frameworks through strategic, tactical, and operational oversight of Cyber Security and Operations.

Insider Threat and Assurance is an intelligence team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining proactive detection and prevention programs to counter trusted insider threats.

Using intelligence methodology with available data and technology, the team analyses staff behaviors to determine risk and provides mitigating advice to reduce overall harm to the organization.

  • Manage all-source intelligence fusion from technical and human sources.
  • Act as Collection Manager across all stages of the intelligence cycle.
  • Produce relevant, timely, and actionable intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with minimum 5 years' experience in intelligence or cyber security roles.

Intelligence and/or security qualifications are highly valued. A background or experience in applying intelligence and detailed knowledge of the intelligence cycle and/or cyber operations are essential.

Candidates must possess initiative appropriate to level, effective time management with a solution-focused approach, independent thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication of intelligence findings through written and verbal means.
  • High-level liaison with internal and external partners to influence risk reduction.
