Overview
Senior Sales Development Representative role with a career progression to Account Executive. You will lead by example, coach junior SDRs, and help refine outbound processes as part of Neo Intelligence.
What You'll Be Doing- Drive Outbound Success: Lead by example—proactively source and qualify prospects through connect calls, email outreach, and social channels.
- Coach Junior SDRs: Share best practices, run roleplays, and help newer reps sharpen their skills.
- Book Discovery Calls for the AE: Uncover pain points, create interest, and set up high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Refine Processes: Work with the Head of Growth to improve scripts, cadences, and qualification frameworks.
- Own Your CRM: Accurately track and manage pipeline in HubSpot—ensuring discipline and consistency across the team.
- Collaborate to Win: Partner with the AE to ensure qualified leads convert into long-term clients.
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience, including outbound calling (SaaS strongly preferred).
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Solid SDR skills that will support you to mentor, train, and support junior reps.
- Strong communication skills—confident, personable, and adaptable in tone.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A team-first mindset—you care about lifting others as well as performing yourself.
This role is designed with dual progression:
