Senior Intelligence Analyst

The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fused intelligence analysis in an insider threat context, managing and uplifting policy, doctrine, process, and governance of the Insider Threat capability, and providing security intelligence advice about the Insider Threat capability.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners to identify and mitigate risks associated with insider threats, conduct vulnerability and behavioral analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to reduce the Agency's risk exposure.
You will have a strong background in intelligence, cyber security, investigation, or similar roles, with relevant qualifications and experience. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to present complex findings through written and verbal communication.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that reports to the Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in conducting intelligence analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of insider threat concepts and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in intelligence, cyber security, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality intelligence analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of the Agency's policies, procedures, and systems
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum
- Superannuation contribution: up to 15.4%
- Leave entitlements: annual leave, sick leave, and long service leave
