Regional Category Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our body care category across the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

This role offers broad exposure across multiple markets and categories, building deep strategic, commercial, and consumer-first experience.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute annual category growth plans across markets and customers
  • Identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities using consumer insights and market data
  • Design and activate campaigns across all marketing channels – where creativity meets commercial impact
  • Partner with sales and distributor teams to build customer-centric category stories and plans
  • Lead NPD launches and market activations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, management, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, category development, or trade marketing
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and insights
  • Proven project management expertise, managing multiple concurrent priorities
