Job Overview

Maintain a safe and efficient environment by performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

This is a 12-month contract role within our team of skilled technicians who share a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of all equipment in the venue, ensuring they are functioning at optimal levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a natural aptitude for technical tasks, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.


What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance tasks as outlined in the preventative maintenance schedule
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently
  • Collaborate with the development team and venue manager to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks
  • Work autonomously, but also communicate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals

Requirements:
  • Natural technical aptitude and mechanical skills
  • Proven experience in a technical or mechanical role
  • Ability to systematically work through complex problems
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with our systems
