About this opportunity: Due to continued growth in our company, we are looking for a motivated Senior HVAC Technician to join the team in our Sunshine Coast branch.

This opportunity will give you autonomy and challenge you to do what you do best on a variety of HVAC equipment across our commercial and retail sites.

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your technical and leadership skills.

Be well supported with our internal remote tech support and structured training You will be responsible for systems repair and maintenance including: Preventative and routine maintenance Maintaining a wide range of equipment, primarily focusing on one of our retail sites with Split Ducted and PAC units, as well as AHUs and Chiller.

Fault finding, breakdown repair, small do and charge / quoted works on the HVAC equipment.

Assistance to the broader team on HVAC upgrades, installs and tenant fit out works across the commercial and retail sites.

Quoting of repair works and small unit changeouts About you: Experience maintaining, repairing and fault finding on DX systems and HVAC equipment.

Time spent on installation and commissioning of this equipment, as well as maintaining chillers / central plant favourable, but not a necessity.

Refrigeration license with restricted electrical required, along with QBCC mechanical services occupational licence.

2 years + working as a qualified technician on similar commercial, retail or industrial sites.

An ability to work autonomously, as well as be a team player, with a willingness to take on challenges, want to learn and support the team on any works that arise.

Strong communication skills (verbally and in writing) internally and externally to our key customers.

Good at the fundamentals of daily debriefing on works, timesheets, organization and management of active jobs.
