Job Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Structural Engineer to lead the design and documentation of structural systems. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and economical solutions.

You will manage small to large-scale projects, including tender submissions, scheduling, budgets, and compliance. You will also review work, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance.

Additionally, you will liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality and WHS standards.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural)
  • Minimum 7–8 years' post-graduate experience
  • CPEng/NER accreditation (or working towards)
  • Proficiency with ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM, and RAPT, plus strong MS Office skills
  • Local site experience on at least one building project
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Proven track record delivering complex building projects in the Australian market
