Compassionate Support Partner

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate support partner to join our community care team.
As a support partner, you will be the heart and soul of our organisation, delivering exceptional service by partnering with members of our community to support their fullness of life.
You will work in the community to provide personal care, cleaning, shopping, and companionship to our elderly customers. You will build strong connections with your rostering team and supervisor, who are on hand to support you.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care, and be willing to travel to client homes to provide care.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, caring, and resilient, with good verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer skills. You will also require a current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate, recent Police Check specific to working with vulnerable people, and own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers' Licence.
