The role involves being the facilitator of fun activities, fostering a sense of belonging among residents, gathering feedback to ensure activities meet their needs, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to residents' interests and preferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident feedback and suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and execute events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aged care or community settings.
  • First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one).
  • Australian driver's licence preferable.
