Job Title: Dedicated Support Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as support workers. This role offers a fulfilling career path for those who enjoy working independently with flexible schedules.

Our clients are currently looking for support workers to cover various shifts across home-based care, residential care, and group home support. As a dedicated support partner, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily routines and skills such as community access, medication management, personal care, and domestic assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic first aid and CPR training
  • Understanding of disability support principles and practices
