The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-level executive support while managing the day-to-day operations of a new office.
- Manage complex calendars and travel across time zones, coordinate meetings, agendas, and materials, handle expenses, timesheets, and administrative tasks, and act as liaison between senior leaders, clients, and internal teams.
- Oversee reception and visitor management, maintain shared spaces and pantry supplies, coordinate meeting rooms, AV, and catering, and support internal events and engagement initiatives.
