Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable (AP) Officer to manage financial transactions, statements, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage Costco Warehouse/Depot expenses and follow up on missing invoices for timely resolution.
  • Perform end-to-end supplier statement reconciliations monthly to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Analyze AP aged items monthly and liaise with suppliers to keep accounts up to date.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items for GST accuracy and compliance.
  • Support other AP functions to meet team performance goals.

About the Role
