As a Cash Control Specialist, you will oversee the administration of financial transactions and maintain accurate records to ensure transparency and accountability. You will support senior management in developing and implementing robust control frameworks across operations, working in a confidential and accountable manner.

About the Role
  • Clearance reconciliation is key to your responsibilities
  • Preparing accurate financial reports for Club banking
  • Issuing and balancing floats including keno, bars and change bars, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed
  • Assisting with the preparation of ATMs and maintaining their functionality
  • Balancing at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations relating to process flows and reporting
  • Balancing of all Club monies, ensuring adherence to established policies
  • Monitor and review cash handling within the organisation, identifying areas for improvement
  • Recording all financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain petty cash records in accordance with organisational policies
  • Minimise the clubs cash exposure during operational hours
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and reconcile clearance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage float balances and maintain accurate records to inform decision-making
  • Process ATM maintenance and re-stocking tasks to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all transactions to maintain organisational integrity
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
