As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for representing our brand and products to valuable customers. You will be flexible in a fast-paced environment, liaising between customers, sales and distribution teams.
This role is based at our head office with regular office hours. If you have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated and organized, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact transport providers for delivery updates and PODs.
- Handle consumer feedback and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
- Perform data entry tasks such as orders and filing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and empathize with customers.
- Self-motivated and good organizational skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
