Senior Business Growth Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Development Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess market trends.
- Create and execute plans to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify opportunities for the legal teams to establish connections with potential clients to generate business leads.
- Develop and implement strategies to assist partners to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referrers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with organisational goals through client listening.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to develop integrated approaches to business growth.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members and colleagues on business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
