Opportunity for an Experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring visitors have memorable stays and great dining experiences.
  • Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Recruit, train, and welcome new F&B team members, encouraging them to adopt the organization's way of working.
Requirements:
  • Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience.
  • A guest-obsessed focus with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and Approved Manager – essential.
  • Flexibility with hours – able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Barista or cocktail experience is desirable.
