We are currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Leader to join our dynamic team at the Westin Perth Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your exceptional leadership skills, passion for hospitality, and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Job Description:

As a Food and Beverage Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's food and beverage outlets, including the Haven Lounge and Garum restaurant. You will work closely with our chefs, servers, and other team members to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock effectively.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menus, promotions, and events.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and revenue increase.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
