Lead Athletics and Cross-Country Coach

Ravenswood School seeks a dedicated coach to lead the school's athletics, cross-country, and Strength and Conditioning Centre programs. The successful candidate will develop training programs, manage school carnivals, and oversee student training and competition.

This permanent, full-time role involves coaching, administration, team selection, event coordination, and ensuring the safe use of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching, experience managing athletics and cross-country programs, and strong leadership skills. Availability for weekday afternoons and some weekends for training and competitions is required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Athletics Australia Track and Field Coaching accreditation
  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and/or ASCA Strength and Conditioning Level 1 or equivalent
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Driver's Licence (bus licence preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
