Seeking an experienced technical professional to lead the design, planning, and delivery of complex systems architecture. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and advisory services, ensuring platforms are built, operated, and maintained in alignment with strategic roadmaps.

","Required Skills and Qualifications","
  • ","
  • Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security","
  • Strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL","
  • Strong knowledge of OCI PaaS platforms to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion HCM using OIC, ATP & APEX","
  • Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable","
  • Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies such as Agile, Behaviour Driven Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD model of development","
