• As a Senior Mine Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gold mine.

Our Invincible Underground mine is undergoing significant growth, with an expanding orebody open at both strike and depth. This complex geology presents a rare challenge for candidates who want to make a meaningful impact.

This is an on-site position with a roster of 8 days on and 6 days off. We offer residential and FIFO options for our employees.

• Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly production plans in line with operational targets
• Supervise the stope design process and subsequent drill and blast plans to maximise recovery and minimise dilution
• Reconcile mined plan versus actual to identify improvement areas, along with End of Month reconciliation & claim
• Actively mentor, coach, engage with, and provide feedback to, the Mine Planning team
• Apprise the Underground Manager of issues that may affect safe and efficient production

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline
• WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
• Substantial underground engineering experience, with exposure to all production phases, preferably gold
