Job Opportunity:

This role presents an exciting chance to lead high-quality, compliant and people-centred HR services across Australia and New Zealand. You will be based in Adelaide and responsible for implementing a predetermined strategy to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of HR services across payroll, operations, systems and immigration, ensuring services are accurate, efficient, compliant and aligned with local legislative requirements.

About the Role:
  • Experience in HR operations, payroll or business partnering, ideally within a mid-to-large organisation.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation in Australia (and ideally New Zealand).
  • Proficiency with HR systems and platforms, such as Oracle or ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to lead people or projects, or readiness to step into a leadership role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with functions, locations and levels.
