HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and people-centred HR services across Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves leading end-to-end delivery of HR services across payroll, operations, systems, and immigration. You will ensure that services are accurate, efficient, compliant, and aligned with local legislative requirements.

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to meet evolving workforce and organisational needs. Additionally, you will support process improvement and system enhancements, with a focus on automation and self-service adoption.

As an HR Manager, you will provide clear leadership and coaching to the Pacific HR Services team. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to ongoing transformation in the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of HR services across payroll, operations, systems, and immigration
  • Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to meet evolving workforce and organisational needs
  • Support process improvement and system enhancements
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR operations, HR partnering, or payroll
  • Understanding of employment legislation in Australia (and ideally New Zealand)
  • Familiarity with HR systems and platforms
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
