
Client Services Director

We are seeking a Client Service Director, a key role in our client success teams. This position involves leading day-to-day operations for multiple clients, working closely with senior directors to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Servicing and day-to-day operations for clients, including client KPIs and deliverables.
- Familiarisation: Familiarise yourself with client requirements, working with the senior account director to ensure they are delivered and exceeded.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend internal/external meetings and WIPs with brand managers/directors and internal teams as required, ensuring all relevant action items are followed up and responded to within agreed timelines.
- Administrative Duties: Plan maintenance, invoicing & budget reconciliation, meeting coordination and processing of day-to-day activity, requests and enquiries from assigned brand teams.
- Team Management: Management of specialist teams including PICS, Programmatic, Social and Search traders.
- Budget Management: Delivery against client benchmarks and strict adherence to financial processes.
- Campaign Planning: Leading conversations with clients around planning, reporting, implementation, and market conditions.
- Campaign Execution: Campaign creation, delivery, booking trafficking, reporting and optimisation.
- Channel Analysis: Analysis of media/consumer information & resources to draw relevant insights to determine effective channel mix/budget splits.
- Media Planning: Develop detailed media plans to ensure translation of approved channel strategy, liaising with media owners to negotiate strong rate positions, premium formats and overall added value to inform campaign outputs.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Ensure media plans are kept up-to-date with complete accuracy, constantly monitoring and tracking activity across all channels to ensure planned & agreed campaign goals are being met (and exceeded) where possible.
- Idea Selling: Build capabilities in logically delivering arguments and clearly/simply selling ideas.
- Campaign Innovation: Work closely with the GBD, AD and Strategy team to deliver communication innovation, creating work that showcases your expertise.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to monetise existing and additional products.
- Proactive Strategies: Development of proactive strategies and ideas for identified clients.
- Collaboration: Collaboration with internal teams, establishing productive and respectful working relationships.
- Output Management: Management of the output and development of direct reports is crucial to success in this management role.
- Leadership: Demonstrating clear leadership, not just of tasks, but of people and ensuring an ongoing priority of the development of peers and colleagues is crucial.
- Expenditure Tracking: Disciplined tracking & reconciliation of client expenditure with a commitment to total accuracy when dealing with company finances and client budgets.
- Billing Issues
- Proforma Invoices: Proforma invoices approval to deadline with complete confidence in accuracy.
- Account Queries: Responding to and resolving account queries with urgency.
- Budget Reconciliation: Budget reconciliation documents kept up to date and supplied accurately when requested.
