">About Your Role
">As a Learning and Development Advisor, you'll be responsible for taking charge of our L&D platform, creating new content, and working with our People and Culture team to launch training initiatives. Your tasks will include:
">- Designing engaging learning materials in Go1.">
- Transforming operational procedures into employee-friendly learning resources.">
- Designing orientation training that supports employees during their first days.">
- Collaborating with departments to identify training needs.">
- Leading ad-hoc L&D projects.">
What We're Looking For
">We seek someone with:
">- Experience in designing and implementing learning initiatives (Go1 experience is a plus).">
- Strong expertise in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.">
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.">
- Excellent project management skills with deadline prioritization.">
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.">
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.">
