**About our client**:
This requirement is inside the Business Enablement Team of a Large Digital Transformation Program at our largest client in the Energy and Utilities sector. Our client is a large electric transmission network provider which operates and manages the high-voltage electricity transmission network in NSW and the ACT, connecting generators, distributors, and major end-users in Australia.
**Key Requirements**:
- Must have strong functional experience and/or operational knowledge of Enterprise Assets Management Systems (Ideally Maximo) and/otherwise Supply Chain or Workforce Management Systems creating Instructional Designs / Technical Documentation / Delivery Content.
- (Some of the tools being used for Instructional Design and Creating Knowledge Repositories are Adobe Captivate and Camtasia)
- Creating and managing the delivery content (received from the Vendor) and technical documentation
- Previous experience working in the Energy & Utilities Industry will be preferred.
- Working with functional areas and Subject Matter Experts to create, design and maintain training material and assessments to support performance outcomes.
- Supporting and maintaining a role-based training framework determined by Managers, process, and system owners.
- Adhering to agreed standards in guidelines and conventions, policies, and SOPs.
- Maintain knowledge and access to systems.
