Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of health service improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and partnership building skills, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, including hospitals, government agencies, and NGOs, to drive effective chronic disease management services.

They will provide expert advice, reporting, and executive support to senior leaders and committees to ensure successful project planning and implementation.

The selected individual will be responsible for promoting, developing, and monitoring strategic change management programs and initiatives that will improve the level and quality of health services delivery in Local Health Districts (LHD) and Hospitals across NSW.

This role requires collaboration with clinicians, managers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate the contribution of internal and external stakeholders in the innovation of new programs, frameworks, and Models of care across the state.

Key Responsibilities:
