Sales Support Specialist Opportunity

Join our Sales Support team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate information and support to ensure their satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Process quotes, orders, and account queries with attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions;
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solve issues;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge;
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable;
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously as required;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications relevant to the role;
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new systems and processes.
