Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our QLD sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product specifications, approvals, and commercialisation processes using our systems.

This includes responding to internal and external customer queries promptly and accurately, supporting the end-to-end Velocity process, and assisting in managing customer accounts, maintaining product listings, and addressing outstanding debtors.
