Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging, from design and product testing through to supply chain integration.

The company manufactures goods that you see, touch, and use every day, serving prominent names in FMCG, Retail, and Fresh Produce.


This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the maintenance team at our site in Bibra Lake (WA).

  • Manage the maintenance team across the Bibra Lake site.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards on-site.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  • Ensure effective preventative and reactive maintenance planning.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • An engineering degree or relevant trade qualification.
  • Multiple years of experience in leading trade qualified teams.
  • Prior experience in managing preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • Project management and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
