Base Operations Director

This is a high-level role responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality services to support Defence capability across a large Defence Base and nearby precinct.
The successful candidate will lead a team in a complex, unique, and fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
The key responsibilities include base emergency management readiness, issue escalation and resolution, ensuring timely fulfilment of customer maintenance requirements, and minimizing service disruptions at a busy operational site.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be an inspiring leader with executive experience, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
