Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage mobile and fixed plant maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution and cost control.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and business improvements aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance work culture.
  • E nsure compliance with Australian safety regulations, industry standards and IMS policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Work closely with senior management to optimise resource allocation, budgeting and workforce planning.
  • Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions to improve performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in mining, maintenance or industrial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Experience overseeing mobile and fixed plant maintenance projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Australian workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
