Required skills and qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, experience in electrical design, team leadership, and customer management. RPEV accreditation and proficiency in AS3000 and VESI design are also essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD and industry drafting standards within the distribution industry is required.
