We are seeking an Electrical Design Manager to support our continued growth and expansion as a leading professional engineering business.
- Manage and oversee electrical and design aspects of projects, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering for various disciplines.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
- Be responsible for quality approval and sign-off of the project's electrical and design components.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customized solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements- Proven experience in electrical engineering and project management.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary certification in Project Management (Cert IV or Diploma) and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
