About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support services to clients in their homes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including domestic assistance, meal preparation and laundry
  • Provide social support and transportation, including accompanying clients to medical appointments
  • Support clients in the use of aids, such as standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report on their progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and attend training sessions as required

Requirements:

  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Smartphone with internet access
