Administrative Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and flexible Administrative Support Professional to join our team at the University of Queensland.
About the Opportunities:
UQ Temps offers a variety of diverse temp roles across the University, including General Administration, Executive Assistant, Student and Academic Administration, and Research Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing electronic diaries and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Coordinating committee/meeting activities, including scheduling and taking minutes.
- Maintaining administration systems and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
- Conducting background research and data analysis.
- Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures for documentation, correspondence, and matters processed through the office.
- Assisting with the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of websites using Drupal.
About You:
- Relevant experience or extensive experience in administration, business, or executive support.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Sensitivity in handling confidential matters.
- Effective stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and judgment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to hit the ground running in a range of roles and teams.
- Broad understanding of UQ's administration procedures and structures.
- Web applications development experience using Drupal.
