  • Emergency Care Facility: Our Urgent Care Centre operates around the clock, ensuring immediate medical attention is available to those in need.
  • Additional Acute Services: We also house an on-site pathology lab and a Medical Imaging Department, offering a variety of radiological services.

Your Profile:

  • Possession of relevant qualifications in nursing and midwifery
  • Current knowledge and skills in midwifery practices
  • Training in FSEP, PROMPT, PPH, and Neo-Resus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to obstetric patients throughout their pregnancy journey
  • Assist new mothers with breastfeeding support and general parenting advice
  • Ensure clinical practices are in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice
  • Deliver comprehensive support to patients through counseling, education, and environmental assistance
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team to plan and assess nursing care
  • Oversee and coordinate tasks for junior staff based on patient needs and urgency
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students and less experienced colleagues
