We are currently seeking a highly skilled Rural Generalist Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can contribute your expertise to comprehensive rural healthcare.

As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering broad-scope generalist medical care across emergency, inpatient, and primary care settings. You will also mentor rural generalist trainees and junior doctors in both procedural and non-procedural skills, providing continuity of care and building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

In this role, you will participate actively in community health initiatives and outreach clinics, supporting rural healthcare sustainability through leadership, advocacy, and service innovation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centred care, and lead quality improvement projects tailored to the specific needs of rural communities.
