Export Sea and Airfreight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage export sea and airfreight operations, providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling export sea and airfreight logistics, including customs clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of export booking process and documentation
  • Handling FCL/LCL and FAK shipments
  • Managing export sea and airfreight operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Providing proactive customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in export sea/air shipments, preferably in a coordinator role
  • FCL/LCL experience required, with knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures
  • FAK experience an advantage, with ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Cargowise/EDI system experience necessary, with proficiency in using the software to manage shipments and track inventory
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
