Logistics Strategist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced logistics strategist to lead our end-to-end international and domestic logistics strategy for BESS, components, and spare parts across Australia.

This role requires a deep understanding of customs clearance, distribution timing, risk management, and warehouse management audit.

The ideal candidate will have mid-senior level experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of Australian customs regulations, laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy that meets customer demands and expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify delivery risks.
  • Manage the entire order delivery process to ensure timely delivery, while ensuring compliance with company processes and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate and mitigate Australian-specific risks such as port congestion, bushfire, cyclone season, remote roads, load-bearing bridges, and unsealed roads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mid-senior level experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of Australian customs regulations, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
